About us
Hi I,m Roisin (rosie), the owner of Rosies Dog Grooming.
Dogs have always been a huge part off my life,and for over 15 years I,ve had the pleasure of groominging dogs of all breeds, ages and personalities.
I work from a calm home-based grooming salon,which provides a quieter and more relaxed environment than a busy Salon.
My aim is to make every dog feel safe Comfortable, an cared for throughout their visit.
I have lots off experience working with older dogs , nervous dogs, puppies having their first groom and dogs who may need a little extra patience and reassurance. I take the time to get to know each dog and work closely with the owners to make sure every appointment is tailored to their individual needs .
I understand that leaving your dog with someone else can be worrying, so I always do my best to make both you and your pet feel at ease. Every dog is treated like one off my own, with plenty of kindness, patience,and care.
For me , dog grooming is more than just a job -its a passion. I love helping dogs look and feel their best while making the experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

SHAVING AGREEMENT
DURING YOUR CONSULTATION, WE NOTICED YOUR PET HAD SOME MATTING.
We will always put pet welfare first in accordance with our De-Matting Policy. As a result, we may have to shave your pet short, in order to remove the matting and make your pet more comfortable.
You will be required to sign a shaving agreement form on your first visit. By signing this agreement you understand the following;
- We may have to shave your pet very short, even close to the skin, to remove the matting which is causing your pet discomfort
- There will be an extra charge for de-matting, in accordance with our De- Matting Policy
- You may not achieve the look and groom you anticipated in this appointment - welfare is our main concern. As a groomer, I cannot be held responsible for not achieving the desired result on this occasion.
- Failure to maintain regular brushing and grooming between appointments will result in further matting.
As a Groomer we will:
Save as much hair as possible, while ultimately keeping pet welfare and comfort in mind at all times
Aim to achieve the look you expected, but this may not be possible
Will not cause unnecessary stress to your pet throughout the de-matting process
Be honest in the extra length of time it took to De-Matt your pet in regards to the extra charges
